Jeff has been part of the B&R leadership team since early 2006 and has been instrumental in establishing the B&R Property Management Receivership division. In his capacity as Vice President of Receivership Services, Mr. Jacobs is responsible for directing all operational activity and client interaction. In this role Jeff coordinates all aspects of the receivership process: performing the takeovers, pursuing and recovering assets, preparing court documents for the receiver’s review and maintaining relationships between attorneys and key people for the project. Mr. Jacobs personally monitors each case from start to finish.

Mr. Jacobs brings over 10 years of corporate accounting and finance experience to the receivership team. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Cum Laude) with an emphasis on Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Nevada and began his career at Arthur Andersen, a large international public accounting firm. Jeff was responsible for reviewing and auditing the financial statements and internal controls of several Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Jeff was responsible for the preparation of all Securities and Exchange Commission filings, Financial Statements, and Shareholder Reports for Starbucks Coffee Company.
